What areas do you service?

Due to time restraints and the ever-rising price of gas and travel, we must limit our service areas. Currently we provide pet sitting services in Mt Pleasant, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island. Our Mt Pleasant boundaries are defined from the Ravenel Bridge to Charleston National subdivision. We also provide services down Highway 41 to Rivertowne and Dunes West subdivisions.

How should I submit payment?

While we do accept advanced payments, our policies are for our pet sitter to leave an invoice at the clients home at the conclusion of the final arranged visit. We ask that payment is mailed within 1 week unless previous arrangements have been made.

How much notice should I give to ensure services will be available? 

We ask for 48 hours notice to ensure services for our regular clients. For first time clients, we do require an Initial Consultation and further notice is suggested. Reservations made within 24 hours of required visits will be accomidated at the discretion of Pleasant Pet Sitters for an additional $5 minimal fee per visit which falls within 24 hours of the reservation.

We have been providing high quality, professional in-home pet care in the Mt Pleasant Area Since May 2006.

Are you bonded and insured? 

Yes, we are fully bonded and insured through Business Insurers of the Carolinas, an affiliate of Pet Sitters International. Our policy is specifically designed for pet sitters and provides coverage for both animals as well as property under our care. More details of our policy coverage are available upon request.
